PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
1. Payment Methods:
You can use 2 different payment methods when shopping on our website.
1.1. Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): The order number and product name must be written in the description field.

The credit card payment infrastructure and security on our website are provided by PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.
2. Order Amount Refund
In the event that your orders are cancelled for any reason, the order amount will be refunded to your bank account and/or credit card within 10 days. For this purpose, your bank account details and/or credit card information must be provided to us accurately and completely.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are covered by the buyer. If the payment for your order reaches us by 12:00 PM, the products you ordered will be handed over to the courier service on the same day. Your orders are shipped via PTT Kargo. The usual delivery time is 1–2 days from the date of shipment. You will be informed in the event of a possible delivery delay. Shipping and delivery are available only within Türkiye.
Please note!
During shipment, please open and inspect packages that you believe may have been damaged in transit in the presence of the courier company representative. If you believe that the product has been damaged, take photographs of the product/package, have the courier company representative prepare an official damage report, and do not accept the package. Once you send us the photographs and the damage report, we will initiate the necessary procedures for a refund or replacement product.
