Transfer of Personal Data

3. To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately and to request that such correction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred;

4. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, even though such data has been processed in accordance with the Law and other applicable legislation, and to request that such action be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred;

5. To object to the occurrence of a result against the person where the processed data is analyzed exclusively through automated systems; and

6. To request compensation for damages in the event that the person suffers damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Requests concerning the exercise of these rights may be submitted by Data Subjects through the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data prepared by www.artoeso.com pursuant to Law No. 6698 and available on www.artoeso.com.

www.artoeso.com shall conclude such requests within thirty (30) days. www.artoeso.com reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the applicable fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, if any.

Requests concerning these rights submitted by Data Subjects through the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data prepared by www.artoeso.com pursuant to Law No. 6698 shall be evaluated and concluded within thirty (30) days in all cases.

As a general principle, no fee shall be charged for such requests. However, www.artoeso.com reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
